How can I best prepare to audition if I want to become a Starlet?
Dance! There are plenty of adult drop in dance classes in the city of Atlanta, including Stella Fit. The rate is only $15 for Drop-Ins, and dancers receive a $5 discount. CLICK HERE for more info.
What should I wear to auditions?
Don’t worry too much about your attire – just show up! But, you should know we’ll need to see your midsection and legs, so crop tops and hot pants/dance trunks are highly suggested. Dance shoes and skin tone fishnets/tights (non-shimmer) are suggested, but not required. Wear what makes you feel confident! It just needs to be form fitting. Any color attire is fine. Come dressed to perform!
How should I wear my hair to auditions?
Basically, we are looking for a hair style that is complimentary to your face type, has Starlet glamour and can “dance” well. Remember if selected, we will work to “establish your look”!
How should I wear my make-up for auditions?
The main thing is to wear your make-up in a manner that is flattering to your natural features, makes you feel confident and will stay in place for the long day at Auditions.
If I am not offered a call back, will my application be kept on file?
If you are not offered a call back, your application will be kept on file for 6 months. After that time, you are welcome to reapply.

You sure can! You will undergo the same audition process as new candidates.

The Starlets rehearse weekly on Tuesday evenings from 8 PM – 10 PM. Rehearsals are mandatory for paid performances.
How long can someone be a Starlet?
There is no “cap” to the maximum number of years, but there is no guarantee either, so performers must audition again and again – year after year - to maintain a spot in the company.

No. All costumes are provided by the company, and remain the property of Stella Entertainment. Each Starlet is responsible for purchasing their Gold Shoes through the company. New Starlets are provided a pair until their ordered pair arrives.
How much do performers get paid?
Performers are paid for performances, at many appearances, and for travel/show tours, in addition to receiving free event parking, promotional swag, media & press appearances, and etc. Pay ranges from $75 - $300 per performance. It works out to be a pretty great part-time job!
Is there a dress code for rehearsals?
