Calling all fashion designers! Our friends at the Atlanta Fashion Incubator produce fresh, and innovative events designed to serve Atlanta fashion entrepreneurs. And one of their several programs, LABELatlanta - is a chic benefit that seamlessly fuses fashion and philanhtropy. The annual fashion presentation and design competition benefits AFi, but is uniquely designed to support entrepreneurial fashion designers, as well as to foster their talent with funding and professional mentorship. REASONS TO ENTER:
◆ Gain hands-on experience in preparing your business for growth
◆ Access advice on how to develop an innovative and marketable collection
◆ Develop meaningful connections with fashion industry influencers and business leaders
◆ Winner will be named LABELatlanta's Label of the Year 2014
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR:
Fresh and innovative fashion and/or accessories that are well-executed and marketable.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
LABELatlanta's design competition is open to professional fashion apparel and/or accessory designers who have been in business for five years or less and who operate their primary design business in Georgia. Designers must be 18 years of age or older.
