We recently discovered Milena Roucka, former WWE wrestler who went by Rosa Mendez, at the 2019 Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo. As one half of Totally Fit Mama, Roucka along with acclaimed nutritionist, Courtney Daylong, have launched a new wellness program complete with an at home workout app, meal plans, protein mini bars and a recipe e-book. While at this year's expo, Roucka had a chance to share her story while encouraging women to believe in themselves. And afterwards, the ladies hosted a sampling event of their new protein mini bars. About Totally Fit Mama:
When Total Divas star, Milena Roucka and nutritionist, Courtney Daylong met as two busy moms trying to eat and share healthy meals with their families - it was only a matter of time before Totally Fit Mamas was born. They began Totally Fit to offer affordable meal planning and nutrition education, which has resulted in recipes, grocery lists, a workout app and protein bars. Like all health and wellness companies, they offer the standard green smoothies and salads. But they also offer some super, yummy-looking recipes that'll make you forget that you're still eating healthy. With recipes like a Cheeseburger Salad, Turkey Chili, Spaghetti Braised Paprika Chicken and Peanut Butter Cups, we're pretty excited to try out some of their recipes! Check out their recipe for Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Meatballs below! |
